Our Quality Assurance Workflow
From orchard harvesting to containerized shipping.
1. Direct Orchard Collection
Sourced from managed farmer groups during peak harvest seasons, ensuring ripe apples drop naturally before nut separation.
2. Sun-Drying & Cutting Test
Nuts are sun-dried on clean concrete floors to lower moisture. Batch cutting tests determine precise KOR and defect rates prior to bagging.
3. Jute Bagging & Storage
RCN is packed into breathable 80kg jute bags and stored in well-ventilated, pest-controlled warehouses to preserve kernel quality.

Cashew Supply FAQs
We supply both. We aggregate bulk Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) in 80kg jute bags for international crushers and processors, as well as vacuum-packed cashew kernels (WW240, WW320, etc.) for direct consumption/roasting.
Every consignment undergoes mandatory cutting tests in accredited quality laboratories, with official inspection reports (SGS or equivalent) supplied before vessel loading.
Minimum export order for RCN is one 20ft Full Container Load (FCL), which holds approximately 17 to 18 Metric Tons.
