Our End-to-End Aggregation Workflow
From smallholder farm gates to export-ready packaging.
1. Ethical Farmer Sourcing
We work directly with trained farming clusters, providing guidance on optimal harvesting timing to yield rich color and high citric acid content.
2. Cleaning & Sorting
Harvested calyces undergo rigorous hand-sorting and winnowing at our aggregation hubs to remove seeds, dust, and impurities.
3. Standardized Packaging
Cleaned Hibiscus flowers are packed into high-density 25kg or 50kg press-baled polypropylene bags tailored for container shipping.
